check - please allow ten (10) extra business days for shipping. Rush
orders should be paid by money order or credit card. Please

Fax: Please fax your completed order form to: (213) 689 3060. Twenty
four hours a day, 7 days a week. Please sign the order form where
indicated and include your credit card information. If you encounter
a transmission problem, please indicate on your next transmission
that it is your second fax... this helps avoid duplicate
orders.
Order By
Phone: Phone orders will be accepted from anywhere in the USA from
9AM to 5PM Central Pacific Time. For your shopping ease, please
complete the order form and have product code and your credit card
at hand before you call. We accept Visa and
Mastercard! (sorry, no C.O.D.)
What is the delivery time for
orders?
Depending
on what type of merchandise you order, as well as which methods of
payment used and delivery method used will determine the length of
time to your destination. Actual Delivery Time is determined by UPS,
USPS, or whichever freight carrier used for your delivery. Regular
Shipments usually take approximately 10 days depending on
destination.
How long does it take to process and ship
orders?
All
orders are usually processed within 48 hours, this excludes weekends
and holidays. Most all shipments are shipped via UPS. UPS does not
deliver to P.O Boxes so please be sure to provide your complete
mailing address for prompt delivery.
Do you require a minimum amount or can I simply
purchase one item at a time?
You
can usually by one item at a time! Some fabric are sold by
yard, by piece by bolt and by panel. Some item are sold
by set!
Do you always have the same things or prints that I
can re-order? Can you guarantee that specific products will be
available?
We
usually re-order same prints and try our best to have everything!
But since most of our prints and fabrics are handmade, it takes time
before we receive it again! We can not guarantee that any product
will be in stock at any specific time - even if the product shows to
be in stock. Our fabric sell so fast, so we apply the principle
"first come, first serve!" Everything is priced to sell. That's why
we say, "If you want it, get it while it's
here."
What is your policy on Returns and
Exchange?
All sales
are final. There is no Cash Refunds on returned item, however we
will exchange the return merchandise with other item as long as you
return ship the said item on or before 14 days from the date of
your purchase receipt! We make every attempt to accurately
photograph and describe all merchandise. We want you to be satisfied
and we want your repeat business. If you have an issue, let us know
and we will try to work with you to get it
resolve.
